Namaste,
First of all, I recommend that you take advantage of the discovery call (free and lasting 30 minutes) so that you can explain your current situation to me.
This will then allow you to see what type of support would be best suited for you.
The advantage of being accompanied is to have someone neutral, who is there to listen to you, to offer you new things but above all to help you have more clarity in what you are going through.
My role is to provide you with a reassuring and trusting framework that will allow you to progress at your own pace on your short or long term objectives.
I will have you try and practice different holistic yoga approaches, which you can practice on your own, depending on what resonates best for you.
Indeed, I consider space-time very important, because we do not all have the same sensitivities to holistic approaches, and becoming familiar with it takes time.
I don’t know if you know it, but in India the practice of yoga is repetitive, and often Westerners say they get bored quickly. However, repetition allows us to take note of our progress, as when we learn to read or write, at the beginning we focus on the letters, and later on the meaning of the text.
It is therefore the same with yoga and all other holistic approaches aimed at maintaining a good state of health.
