Clara and India

About me

How did I land in Kerala?

It was in 2018, I decided to come to Kerala for care due to digestive disorders and significant mood  changes. On the recommendation of my osteopath, I went to this small clinic for a month of  treatment, more commonly called a “Panchakarma” or “Ayurvedic cure”.

Having studied dietetics in France, I discovered Ayurveda through fascinating documentaries and  testimonies, and I wanted to experience Ayurveda on myself.

Indeed, this experience was very important for me, like a door never opened before and which gave  a lot of meaning to my perspective of life.

Was my health better?

Yes !

My body took about three months to find its own balance, following these important changes that  the treatments bring.

All its steps to discover what it is to have a healthy digestion, a mood and emotions that I apprehend much better. I meditate, I practice Yoga daily, I travel in Kerala and elsewhere in the world.

I always came back to India, I trained in different types of yoga: Ashtanga, Hatha Prenatal and  Hormonal.

As well as the basics of Ayurveda.

And it is in 2020 that I create my business in online individual support (or face-to-face when  possible) to share my discoveries.

When I started yoga, I practiced a lot of Ashtanga which is a very powerful yoga and normally  designed for men in military training. A real spiritual liberation took place when I started, only I  was not listening to my body, not enough.

I developed hormonal imbalances… Skin inflammation, intestines, I was pushing my body to the  test, but why?

This is where I realized that I was at the beginning of my apprenticeship!

I then became interested in the hormonal system more closely, and I understood that as women we  must write our history of yoga, our cycles play a major role in our lives and going against it is a  source of frustration, of pain and sadness.

So might as well connect completely with them for a happier life!

Finally, in 2022 I got married in Kerala in the country of origin of my husband who is also an  entrepreneur, and since this transition I have been supporting women who are at different stages of  their lives online, through Yoga and other holistic and spiritual tools.
